Assessment
At LINK, we specialize in professional and concise asbestos surveys. Our assessment personnel can test suspect materials found in your building, including pre-demolition and reinspections under AHERA guidelines. All of our testing is performed in accordance with New York State and OSHA regulations. Our reports outline the results of the inspection in a clear and concise manner, accurately alerting you to both the quantity and location of asbestos containing materials.
Air Monitoring
Our air sampling technicians perform PCM or TEM air sampling for Indoor Air Quality in accordance with New York State, OSHA and EPA regulations. The procedures followed for sampling, equipment calibration, and documentation are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
Project Management
We can provide the day to day management of your asbestos abatement project. LINK thoroughly documents compliance with regulatory requirements to ensureprojects are completed to the owner’s satisfaction. Specifically, we provide the following documentation:
- Copies of licenses and certificates of all entities involved with the project
- Copies of all notifications, variances, amendments and re-openings being used for the project
- A copy of the air sample log and all air sampling results
- A copy of both the project monitor’s and supervisor’s daily logs
